These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between LexiPath UK Ltd ("we", "us", "our") and you ("User") in connection with your use of lexipath.co.uk and our language learning services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Introduction

LexiPath UK Ltd provides access to an online language learning platform ("Platform") comprising live tutor sessions, recorded lessons, interactive practice exercises and an adaptive AI learning coach (collectively, "Services").

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you are entitled to a full refund provided that:

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 working days. To initiate a refund, please contact [email protected].

5. Intellectual property

All course materials, video content, audio recordings, software and other content available on the Platform are the intellectual property of LexiPath UK Ltd or our respective licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials exclusively for your own learning. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by English law, our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us during the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or incidental losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, revenue or data. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your account with immediate effect in the event of a material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease and any outstanding fees become immediately due.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Consumer users may also refer disputes to the Online Dispute Resolution platform operated by the European Commission.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. We will provide at least 7 days' notice by email before any material changes come into force. Your continued use of the Platform following notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
